We strive to make the process of applying for a Pauls Foundation grant as easier as possible. However, we cannot accept applications that do not meet our application requirements, as defined below.

To apply for a grant, please submit a Letter of Intent to:

Your Letter of Intent should include:
- Organization name
- Complete contact information
- Organization mission
- Intended grant purpose
- A short overview

All submitted grant applications MUST include seven (7) complete copies of the following information:
- Completed three-page Application Form.
- Prior Fiscal Yea Report (if available)
- Current Fiscal Year Budget
- Profit/Loss Statement
- Any other relevant material which may help us decide upon your request
- If this application is a repeat request, or a restricted funds grant request, a year-end summary of how funds were spent will also be required.
The Pauls Foundation considers applications twice. Proposals should be submitted by May 1 in order to be considered at the June meeting; by November 1 to be considered at the December meeting.
