How To Apply For A Grant

We strive to make the process of applying for a Pauls Foundation grant as easier as possible. However, we cannot accept applications that do not meet our application requirements, as defined below.

Please read our grant requirements carefully. 

To apply for a grant, please submit a Letter of Intent to:

Your Letter of Intent should include:

  1. Organization name
  2. Complete contact information
  3. Organization mission
  4. Intended grant purpose
  5. A short overview
How to Apply for a Grant- La Fiamma Rome 1998

All submitted grant applications MUST include seven (7) complete copies of the following information:

  1. Completed three-page Application Form.
  2. Prior Fiscal Yea Report (if available)
  3. Current Fiscal Year Budget
  4. Profit/Loss Statement
  5. Any other relevant material which may help us decide upon your request
  6. If this application is a repeat request, or a restricted funds grant request, a year-end summary of how funds were spent will also be required.

The Pauls Foundation considers applications twice. Proposals should be submitted by May 1 in order to be considered at the June meeting; by November 1 to be considered at the December meeting.
