We strive to make the process of applying for a Pauls Foundation grant as easier as possible. However, we cannot accept applications that do not meet our application requirements, as defined below. Please read our grant requirements carefully.  Only first time applicants need to submit a Letter of Intent to: David J. All submitted grant applications MUST include seven (7) complete copies of the following information:

1. Completed three-page Application Form.
2. Prior Fiscal Year Report (if available)
3. Current Fiscal Year Budget
4. Profit/Loss Statement
5. Any other relevant material which may help us decide upon your request
6. If this application is a repeat request, or a restricted funds grant request, a year-end summary of how funds were spent will also be required.

The Pauls Foundation will only consider applications in 2010 once.  In order for proposals to be considered at our December meeting, they should be at our office no later than November 1st.
